英文摘要: In recent years, China central enterprises are engaging in investing or holding financial companies in an attempt to achieve synergistic effect of group’s own industry and financial industry. Specifically, they aim to improve the financing capacity, reduce financing cost, and improve the profitability of the group. As one central enterprise that implement “the Integration of Industry-Finance Capital(IIFC)” strategyearly in China, China Resources Group makes China Resources Bank of Zhuhaias the core of the group's financial sector, which creates a special mode of IIFC. However, with the executives of China Resources Group arrested and changed, the implementation of IIFC encountered difficulties, and the bank's performance decreased sharply. Whether the implementation of IIFC achieves the expectation?What is the role of China Resources Bank of Zhuhaiin the strategy of IIFC of China Resources Group? This case analysisstudies the above issues and provides aninspiring lesson to the enterprise group in China who are interested in IIFC.
