英文摘要: Following the "Internet + Logistics" innovation trend, Shanghai Ronglian Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ronglian Technology") independently developed integrated logistics service platform, aiming to provide customers with high-quality logistics management supplementary services. However, because of small scale, lack of funds, etc., these start-up firms did not attach much importance to human resource management. It was human resource management problems that caused restrictions to business development. This case demonstrated the process in which Ronglian Technology paid more attention to human resource management after its establishment, hired Amber as human resource and administration director and developed her to her full abilities. Through the implementation of personnel assessment, performance appraisal, salary adjustments and other practices, Amber successfully built mutual investment employment relationship approach, reduced labor costs and helped to achieve organizational goals. This case focused on how human resource managers in Internet start-ups took advantage of their abilities to seek appropriate human resource practices to adjust and build the best employment relationship approach.
