英文摘要: Under the influence of Internet thinking, the enterprises develop the business model with the Internet outlet in order to gain a competitive advantage, and the ability to achieve innovative business model has become the key to success. This case selects HANKE as a typical case, described the process of innovation and optimization of the FFC model: How to get into service? How does the idea of the FFC model appear in the leader’s heart? What is the connotation of the FFC model? How is the FFC model becoming better? The purpose of this case is to guide students to judge, think and analyze the successful and innovative practices of enterprise business basing on its business model, and also provide valuable reference for other enterprises.
