英文摘要: This case focuses on the typical characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship at different stages of campus incubation. This case describes the college students' entrepreneurial process of O2O platform, which is called ‘Mutual Help Circles in Campus’ (MHCC). The whole process of business incubation is divided into three stages: the start-up period, the transition period and the stable period. Three typical problems are encountered in different periods: the initial stage is the wear-in process of partners, and also is the turbulence process of team members. Entrepreneurial transition period is the most critical step for graduate entrepreneurship. How to retarget their practice in the market positioning to meet customer demand is the key to life and death of the business. The project development tends to be stable after the transition period, college student entrepreneurs are faced with market development problems after leaving the campus’ incubator in this stage. The founder Fan shows diversified entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial minds in different stage, which makes ‘Mutual Help Circles in Campus’ come to the fore in many college students’ entrepreneurial competitions, and the company completed registration on January 14, 2016. This case has some reference significance for contemporary college students to develop entrepreneurial ability, translate entrepreneurial minds and make entrepreneurial decision.
