英文摘要: "Lancare health (International) group” is a for-profit institutions who sets district in clinics, family doctors, pension services in one, and focus on providing " Internet plus health" service. The Lancare health after three stages of development, has been formed by a Lancare clinic, national experts, mobile cloud platform system together constitute the "Internet plus health” service system. In its different stages of development, the core of the business model is to integrate the medical industry, the real estate industry, information technology and other channels of resources, and build a health service platform. How to locate the market accurately, put forward the value proposition, build the key business, agglomerate the core resources, and effectively manage the customers,... the successful construction of platform business model is the key to the success of Lancare group. This case reviews the course of development of Lancare group and describes present situation, guiding students to apply business model analysis tools to analyze the elements and feasible strategies of the platform business model’s construction.
