英文摘要: This paper takes HuaShang Media Group as an enterprise case , introduces the development skeleton of HuaShang Media Group which starting with the revision of 《Chinese Business View》 in 1997. By telling the critical success factors of HuaShang Media Group: successful leadership, execution factors of solidarity and mutuality, sincere communication, strengthening supervision and evaluation system to build a journalist team with good professional ethics, putting the right people in the right positions, as well as constructing power, responsibility and profit matching the management system; lean factors of perfecting the system and refining processes to ensure news lives ,insisting on “two separate” principle which means editing news separated with management, editing team separated with management team and constantly moving to a modern media enterprise, simple and standardized, continuous improvement. Furthermore, the end of this paper points out where HuaShang Media Group is needed to improvement.
