英文摘要: With the rapid development of mobile games, all kinds of mobile games have poured into the game market, and fierce market competition has also challenged the development of the industry. This case which takes the "king of glory" as an example focuses on the hot mobile games industry. The case, which is based on the analysis of the external macro environment, describes the detailed development of differentiation strategy, studies the motivation of differentiation strategy, lists the various types of differentiation strategy, analyses the results of differentiation strategy, and predicts the subsequent risks owing to differentiation strategy. The case dissects relevant theories and relationships between the different aspects of differentiation strategy and studies the development of strategy.
