英文摘要: This case introduces the birth and development from specialization to diversification of Jiang Zhong Group, and describes the difficulties faced by the market and products. Jiang Zhong Group based on traditional Chinese medicine concept "Medicine and food come from the same origion" and "Medicine is not better than food" to develop the diversified strategy, which is in the premise of ensuring the quality of the formulation to combine traditional diet tyerapy with modern commodity, combining the technological innovation and product diversification, to extend the main products from pure drugs to health care products and food products enables Jiang Zhong Group to achieve the development of related diversification development. The purpose of this case is to help MBA students understand business diversification strategy, specialized strategy and the comparison between them. In order to guide students to think and analyze by using relevant theories and methods of strategic management, so as to integrate theory with practice.
