英文摘要: Bluegogo, as the 3th largest shared bikes brand in this industry, once won the public praise and vast market space with its high quality. But it quickly went bankrupt in less than one year and was took over by Didi. Li XX had been once a entrepreneurship star who returned to China. Without getting out of the companies’ operating difficulties with his prior experience, He constantly makes Bluegogo sunk into “Money burning” dilemma until bankruptcy. He has to carry a lot of huge debts. Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and Strategic Decisions play an important role in the process of starting a business. This case displays the establishment and development of Bluegogo in the Sharing Economy “Tuyere” completely. By this entrepreneurship failure case, similarities and differences between “The Tuyere” and good entrepreneurial opportunities are analyzed to reveal the regularity on how to indentify entrepreneurship opportunities. And then, the case continues to discuss the formulation methods and strategic for newly established companies which provides some valuable suggestions to It.
