英文摘要: With the development of China's medical industry, the hospital's employees in the preparation alone have not met their rapid development needs. The collision of increase patients and the medical personnel shortage have intensified, and the number of employees in hospitals is limited, forcing the hospital to make up for staff shortages by recruiting a large number of supernumeraries. However, because many hospitals discriminate between employees and non-staff members in terms of compensation and benefits, and other aspects, the supernumerary employees' loyalty to the hospital is not high, which in turn leads to the massive turnover of non-supernumerary employees and brings new human resource management work. The problem, to a certain extent, has had a negative impact on the planning and development of the hospital. Therefore, how to renovate the existing management system to increase the loyalty of the non-staff employees and reduce the turnover of non-staff employees is one of the urgent problems for the hospital. This case is based on the fact that the local top three hospitals in Anhui Province and the hospitals have a higher turnover rate of non-standard employees in recent years. It reviewed the high demand for medical personnel in y hospitals in recent years and the low and extra staff loyalty of employees. The phenomenon of loss has focused on the main reasons for the low loyalty of the non-standard personnel in y hospitals and the negative impact on the hospital caused by the massive loss of talents, demonstrating the importance of increasing the loyalty of non-compliance employees and reducing staff turnover and hospital development.
