英文摘要: With the increasingly fierce market competition, the rapid development of information technology and the arrival of globalization, boundaryless organization has become a hot topic in the discussion in whether management or academia. Taking the relationship between Youfa Steel Pipe Group and its distributors as an example, this case discusses the formation and development of Youfa Group’s unique altruistic corporate culture, and also highlights how Youfa Group takes the altruistic culture as the cornerstone in the pursuit of altruistic culture, gradually becomes a profit community with distributors based on cooperation, breaks through the traditional external boundaries of the organization and finally builds a boundaryless partnership with distributors. Such boundaryless partnership achieves collaborative decision-making on many issues of management between Youfa Group and distributors, information-sharing through the platform of “Big Youfa”. Youfa’s unique altruistic culture has already built a benign ecosystem for the company on a larger scale.
