中文摘要: 传统医院门诊布置是以分工论为指导,以医院自身管理方便为中心,按照“工艺布置”的原则,实行诊室型布置。然而,通过对传统医院门诊的诊室布置现状、特点及就医流程的调查与分析,发现诊室布置不合理,是导致患者就医效率和满意度低下的重要原因之一。因此,改变传统医院门诊布置以自身管理方便为中心为以患者就医方便为中心,就成为了医院诊室布置亟待解决的问题 。本文以人民医院为案例,按照运营管理中的设施布置原理,分析了医院应该如何以资源整合论为指导,以患者方便为中心,运用“产品为主的混合布置”原则,实行诊区型改造的具体做法,以便让运营管理中的设施布置原理与方法在服务业得到广泛的推广与应用。
英文摘要: Traditional hospitals follow the principle of process layout and take Outpatient Department as basic unit for their convenience. But according to our investigation and analysis on facility layout situation of outpatient departments and diagnosis process in comprehensive hospitals, we find out that the facility layout of these hospitals is unreasonable and it leads to low efficiency and satisfaction of the patients. Therefore, it is urgent to adjust the original facility situation. In this paper, we take Union Medicine Centre as a case and suggest that the facility layout of outpatient departments should be planned under the principles and ways of production and operations management. The adjustment should make use of group technology which integrates with information system and logistics system and takes the patients’ diagnosis efficiency into consideration. The solution should take diagnosis district as basic unit and improve diagnosis efficiency to make the patients as the service center of the hospitals at last.
