英文摘要: This case describes the process that the founder of Xiamen Jiedinghui Company has created a corporate culture centered on employees’ self-cultivation and harmonizing the family, rooted in traditional Chinese culture. The successful launch of human resources policies has also improved the company’s operating performance and promoted employees’ personal growth. This case illustrates that company is an organization of the people and for the people. Beyond the impacts of institutions and rationality, only culture can unite people's heart and soul, which functions as the fundamental source of efficiency and profit. This case will guide students in analyzing issues such as the relationship between corporate founders or leaders and corporate culture, how corporate culture can be launched, and how Jiedinghui Company transformed from a practitioner to a transmitter of traditional Chinese culture.
