中文摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”的号召下,创业成为时代的主旋律。目前,我国的创客群体呈低龄化趋势,越来越多的大学生顺应时代发展,积极投身于创新创业实践中。本案例讲述了大学生黄海洋与好友共同创建“优做补习”辅导之后,面对并解决一系列团队冲突的事。“优做补习”先后经历了团队产生分歧、团队成员动荡、团队管理困难等一系列问题。在重新定位后,优做团队终于步入了正轨,但一系列新的挑战和问题又摆在了黄海洋等人的眼前。本案例希望通过讲述大学生创业者在创业过程中的团队构建、冲突解决策略,为之后的大学生创业者提供借鉴意义。
英文摘要: In the “public entrepreneurship, a multitude of innovations,” the call entrepreneurship has become the theme of this era. At present, China's Maker-maker community is under-age, in which more and more college students are accustomed to the development of the times and are actively involved in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship. This case tells the story of a series of team conflicts after the college students Huang Haiyang and their friends jointly created the “Excellent Cram School” counseling. “Excellent Cram School” has experienced a series of problems such as team disagreement, team member turmoil, and team management difficulties. After repositioning, the excellent team finally got on the right track, but a series of new challenges and problems were placed in front of Huang Haiyang and others. This case hopes to provide a reference for college students' entrepreneurs by describing the team building and conflict resolution strategies of college entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial process.
