英文摘要: SC Co., Ltd. is a high-technology corporation which focuses on the related technology of intelligent and connected vehicle in Internet of Vehicles industry, and it has already become one of the outstanding companies after more than ten years of accumulation and development. SC’s steady-state growth is due to two management ideas that the president adheres to: first, insisting on taking the road of knowledge sharing and self-dependent innovation; second, paying attention to the accumulation of both capital operation and enterprise qualification. In order to get the goal----to be listed within next several years, SC hired an elite, Dr. Lin, from Silicon Valley about one year ago, and there were several people, Xiao Zhou etc., who used to work for Dr. Lin joined SC too. Dr. Lin won the respect soon for his brilliance, but there were something unexpected happened…… It started from the impact of two completely different leadership styles on Xiao Zhou etc., after that, the rift between Xiao Zhou and his manager and other coworkers was getting deeper, so that the R&D department in SC is facing the crisis of knowledge sharing and cooperation. How to solve this problem? How can SC make development again with the help of knowledge sharing?
