英文摘要: The case is guided by the management dilemma that institutionalization is difficult to reach the inner heart of employees and cultural guidance cannot be implemented effectively, describes the practice process of the corporate culture of Zhendong Health Industry Group co., LTD., which is leaded by the values of responsibility and self- strengthening and institutionalized constraint in cultivating employees and teaching them. The values of responsibility and self-strengthening call for and cultivate employees' conscience and morality through "ethics by virtue", and the regularization process of developing employees’ talent restrains employees' inertia and opportunism tendency through "punishment by law". Culture guiding and institution restraining integrate employees’ mind and behaviors synchronously. Through the description of the case, readers are inspired to think and learn about the role of corporate culture and how corporate culture to influence employees' attitudes and behaviors so as to stimulate the vitality of the company.
