英文摘要: This case describes the story of a revival in a glass industry. To promote the spirit of craftsmen, Peng Shou, President of the Institute for Glass-cutting Industry Design, has made it possible for everybody to believe that “impossible” has been achieved through more than 10 years of adherence. It has made the most insignificant glass content globally with the highest technological content and the thinnest thickness. The top products, with the spirit of an entrepreneur's craftsman, led the Glass Glass Industrial Design Institute out of a path of value management. The courage to change and stick to the ingenuity, although the quality will not dare to reduce material resources, although the concoction will not dare to save manpower. We have created innovations such as chief scientists and glass new materials technology industrial parks, based on the high end of the industry, and focused on the marketization of technology.
