英文摘要: Xiangyang Group once seized the opportunity and struggled hard in the tide of industrial development in China, and maintained its dominant position in the competition by virtue of advanced production technology. However, in recent years, the leadership style of Xiangyang Group is conservative and backward, which seriously hinders the development of enterprises. Taking the leadership change of Xiangyang Group as the main line, this case reviews the pioneering process of Xiangyang Group and the dilemma it faces at the present stage, emphatically describes the specific situation of the confused senior managers of Xiangyang Group, the frequent turnover of business backbone and professional talents, and discusses the purpose and significance of implementing leadership change in Xiangyang Group. Through empowering leadership behavior to solve the current dilemma, so as to cultivate and retain talents for Xiangyang Group, aims to trigger students' thinking and enlightenment on the leadership change of private enterprises.
