英文摘要: Tecsun Homes Co.,Ltd is an American-style building enterprise known for its excellent corporate culture. Its core values of “Honesty, Hard work, Love for others, Responsibility” are deeply rooted in the heart of Tecsun’s employees. In the “5•26 Incident”, two employees quarreled with each other in the workplace, which seriously disturbed the normal office order and caused a bad influence. In accordance with the relevant provisions of “Tecsun employees’ handbook”, the company held a hearing, and judged the incident according to the result of the hearing panel’s consensus, and punished the two employees “according to law”. A trivial matter was highly valued by the company’s top managers. Finally, the company handled it properly following the core values and relevant systems. It not only embodies Tecsun’s concept of “no trifles in management”, but also demonstrates the key role of its core values and contributes to the corporate culture landing. This case is intended to provide some inspiration for modern enterprises to use the core values to rationally resolve conflicts and build a fair and harmonious corporate culture.
