英文摘要: Petroleum industry is a technology-intensive industry. With the development of oil and gas fields, technological innovation has become a key factor in the development of petroleum enterprises. By describing the unified deployment of petrochina and huabei oilfield, President wang of economics and technology research institute of petrochina huabei oilfield organized and held the professional title assessment meeting of the unit, and recommended the professor-level senior engineer of the unit. President wang reformed the previous professional title assessment meeting in order to make it more fair and reasonable. The case studies group decision-making from the perspective of group decision-making, such as group decision-making member selection, group decision-making influencing factors, group decision-making mechanism, etc., to help learners understand the advantages and disadvantages of group decision-making, group decision-making influencing factors, master group decision-making mechanism, and learn to apply group decision-making decision-making skills
