英文摘要: This case describes that at the beginning of his tenure, Director Hao of SD Sewage Treatment Plant, in order to meet the new sewage treatment standards of the provincial environmental protection department, implemented the technical innovation project of oxidation ditch. However, it was not expected that a series of organizational management problems appeared among the technical workers during the operation of the new technology system, which made Director Hao fall into the trouble of change management. Through this case study, learners can understand the organization. Change theory, understanding the process of technological change, mastering the impetus and resistance of change and the strategies to promote change, promoting learners'change leadership, and promoting learners to think about the mechanism of technological change affecting personnel tasks and groups, inspiring learners to deeply study the management of technological change in SMEs.
