This paper focuses on the confusion in the process of Li Xiao's role transformation from maintenance technical expert to assembly manager, from planning deputy general manager to business general manager, as well as Li Xiao's practice of improving management skills to meet the responsibility requirements of management positions. By using Li Xiao's career path as an example, students are inspired to think about how to achieve the role transition from managing themselves to managing others. What challenges will be faced within each stage of career promotion? And what aspects of management thinking and management skills should be improved.
