英文摘要: When a company develops to a certain scale, the high-minded corporate leaders will naturally have the awareness of ​​constructing enterprise culture. But it is not an easy task to decide upon. Just like the fact that choosing Chinese sinology as a key point of preschool education is not the mainstream, it is also rare to choose traditional culture as the focus of enterprise culture construction in spite that such action exerts certain degree of rationality and inspiration. This case is based on the processed glass manufacturer Xiuqiang Company in Suqian, Jiangsu Province. It describes how the company chooses the filial piety culture as one of the key points of enterprise culture construction, the ways and means of implementation, and the social benefits and management effects after the implementing filial piety culture. This case aims to show that traditional culture can also be used as a direction of corporate culture construction. Through forceful implementation, traditional culture can also be brought into effect and can be effective to a certain extent. However, traditional culture may only be suitable for some regions and industries, or even some staff in the company, and people differentiate their opinions on whether these red tapes are valid; more importantly, traditional culture plays a greater role in terms of cultivating employees, but when it comes to management and technological innovation, other cultures are also needed to formulate a comprehensive cultural system.
