英文摘要: nowadays, the international environment is complex and changeable, China's demographic dividend disappear, products are facing upgrading and transformation, all walks of life are eliminating backward production capacity, such an environment is forcing enterprises to innovate and transform. This case describes that under the leadership of its founder, Handu Group, from a small team of dozens of people to a medium-sized enterprise of 3,000 people, increased its annual sales to 1.5 billion in only 10 years. How did it achieve such success? This case mainly describes the process of breaking innovation of Handu Group system and the measures of carefully creating organizational innovation atmosphere. The case shows the reasons, contents and other materials of organizational reform of Handu Group as the basis for analysis, focusing on the analysis of the development and improvement of the group system. At the same time, the case is also analyzed through the description materials related to Handu Group's "Herbal medicine culture" to create a fun atmosphere in the workplace and a team atmosphere, so as to illustrate how the innovation performance of employees can develop and break through under the empowering leadership style.
